Returns Policy

General Online Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return new, unused, uninstalled, non-closeout merchandise within 60 days of the invoice date for a full refund or exchange. To ensure a full refund for the item, please include original packaging, paperwork, tags, hangers, parts, and accessories with your return. A 20% restocking fee is assessed to returns that do not meet these criteria. Road Rider reserves the right to determine if a returned item has been used or installed and will refuse returned items that are not in new, resalable condition. We will issue a refund for the original purchase price (including sales tax, if applicable) less shipping fees (flat rate of $8.00, even if the order originally qualified for free shipping) to the original purchaser in the original form of payment.

If you are returning a helmet, please be sure that the helmet itself is in its original helmet sack and placed in the original helmet box with the top of the helmet facing up.

All return shipping fees must be prepaid. We do not accept any packages shipped C.O.D.

EXCHANGES

We are committed to getting you the color, size, and style you want. If you would like to exchange one item for another, please send the original item back to us and specify what product you would like in its place. We will wait until we receive the exchanged product before shipping the new product to you. You can expedite an exchange by placing a new order with your credit card and returning the unwanted product for credit. Additional charges or credits apply if there is a price difference for the item you are exchanging.

In the case of exchanges, we ask that you pay for return shipping. For the first exchange, we will pay to ship the new product to you. All shipping charges for subsequent exchanges on the same order are your responsibility.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

Getting your order to you in one piece is important to us. When we ship your order, the products are in perfect condition, and we carefully pack the box for safe transit. If the package arrives damaged, please refuse the package. If the damaged package has already been delivered, file a claim with the postal carrier who delivered it.

WRONG PRODUCTS

If we ship you the wrong product, please call us at (800) 331-6644 or email us at We will cover the shipping fees if you are returning a product that was sent in our error. Depending on your location, we will either email you a printable UPS shipping tag or you will be refunded the return shipping cost when the package arrives at our warehouse. We will send you the correct item as soon as we receive the wrong one.

RETURNS TO OUR STOREFRONT LOCATION

If you are local, we welcome your online returns accompanied with an original receipt to our storefront location. This online return policy applies to in-store returns.

REFUNDS

If you return a product (non-exchange), we will issue a refund for the original purchase price (including sales tax, if applicable) less shipping fees (flat rate of $8.00, even if the order originally qualified for free shipping) to the original purchaser in the original form of payment.

WARRANTY POLICY

Road Rider Motorcycle Accessories, Inc. makes no warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied, oral, written or other, to purchasers. Many products we sell have warranties provided by the product manufacturer. We will make every reasonable effort on your behalf to obtain warranty authorization from the product’s manufacturer and will notify you when a warranty has been issued or declined by the product manufacturer. Warranty covers defect of workmanship and materials, but DOES NOT cover damage caused by accident, improper care, improper installation, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure to elements or extensive use.

Please be prepared with a detailed description of the product defect when you contact us with your claim.
