REV'ITs Cayenne Pro is one of the most praised adventure-touring jackets available. In response to user feedback the Cayenne Pro is lighter and has heavier fabric in the outer shell to preserve functionality. The removable thermal inner liner offers more warmth than other motorcycle riding jacket liners, without adding to the overall weight of the jacket.

Jacket Construction

Outer shell is 94% nylon and 6% other fibers, and consists of Cordura® 500D/1000D (210-degree Celsius melting point), SuperFabric® (a material that is 5-times more abrasion-resistant than leather at only half the weight), PWR shell 1200D stretch, Dynax mesh, and Lorica®

Two detachable liners are included

• Exkin® Air thermal liner is 100% nylon with 100% polyester insulation

• Breathable and waterproof liner is 100% polyurethane (tricot 100% nylon) consisting of Hydratex® 3L (5000mm H2O) and Hydratex® | 3L (7000g/m2/24hrs) 

Protection includes

• SaS Tec® CE shoulder and elbow armor

• A fully perforated Artilon foam back armor (jacket will fit SaS Tec® CE back protector)

• UTA (ultra thin adjustment) tabs on cuffs allow flexibility with different kinds of glove schemes

• Flexisnap XL at collar allows for neck comfort in different riding styles and rider builds

• Adjustable straps on waist let you cinch down the jacket preventing wind flap

• Two adjustable tabs per arm: one on the upper arm and one on the under arm prevent wind flap

• Adjustable interior drawcord at hips allows you to cinch down the jacket and reduce air updraft

• Under arm and back ventilation zippers increase airflow when it is wanted

• Ventilation panels and pockets on chest increase airflow when it is wanted

• Collar hook draws back the collar and keeps it from flapping when the jacket is not fully zipped

• Corrugated stretch panels on elbows increase your range of movement

• 360-degree connection zipper and 8-inch connection zipper allow pant attachment

• Front stash pockets hold stowables like keys, earplugs, and the occasional tool

• Rear membrane storage pocket provides a place to keep one of the two liners

• Front slit pockets contains more of your stowables

• Document pocket for maps, insurance papers, a wallet, or any other important papers

• Inner pockets offer additional storage

• Laminated reflectors on back, chest and under arms keep you safely visible during night and early morning motorcycle riding
